Abstract The solar array is a key part of spacecraft, which the main power supply. With trend spacecraft bus development, size panel attached to becomes larger and provide more load power. Large scale, low stiffness, flexibility affect attitude control directly. Monitoring analyzing dynamics behavior will be overall design spacecraft’s system. purpose monitoring verify dynamic modeling health diagnosis for typical flexible array. In this paper, Fiber Bragg Grating transducers (FBGs) PXI-E Bus technology are used perform online 3D shapes through strain profile. Using NI DAQ hardware FPGA Module implement system that can real-time accurately analysis secondary processing parameters from using LabVIEW software RTOS complete, systematic solution acquire data FBGs. architecture described.
